After several weeks of negotiations, Norway's Social Democratic government has managed to gain broad enough support for next year's state budget. A red-green five-party agreement was presented at 2 a.m., NRK reports.

Without spending more money than in the original agreement with Raudt and Sp, the Labor Party finally also included MDG and SV in the state budget for 2026.
