As a fellow Iraq War veteran, and a VA patient, I initially leaned toward Maura Sullivan for Congress. I was impressed by her military service and her time at the VA, before I knew the details. But taking her at her word, Sullivan's record at the VA is absolutely disqualifying. She's the only politician I've ever seen want "credit" for something so bad it resulted in a Boston Globe Spotlight investigation.
