- Four of the wounded remain in critical condition, while 12 others sustained moderate blast injuries; at least 10 houses and four shops were damaged in the attack.
- Spokesperson Valeriia Chyrina clarified that four victims died at the scene, while one severely injured woman later died in hospital, as emergency services posted photos of rescuers attending to victims.
- Moscow has denied intentionally targeting civilians during the war, though its attacks have killed thousands since February 2022; Ukraine has also hit civilian targets in Russian-occupied areas on a smaller scale.
