PUEBLO, Colo.- (KTLO) Taggart Rieke is the name of the man accused of committing domestic violence against his 18-year-old wife. According to authorities, Rieke was arrested for second-degree assault, harassment, reckless endangerment, and domestic violence. Police responded to Rieke's home in the Avondale area on Friday.
