The seventeenth edition of The Passion will be broadcast next year from the Twente town of Ootmarsum, part of the municipality of Dinkelland. This was announced on Wednesday by the Poaskearls, a group of eight young men who traditionally walk through the streets of Ootmarsum to announce the Easter festivities. The broadcast will be live on Maundy Thursday, March 25, on KRO-NCRV on NPO 1.
