The Ministry of Community and Territory Development of Ukraine has added Odessa and more than 100 towns and villages in Odessa province to the list of territories where hostilities were taking place or were taking place, and the order signed by the Vice-Premier for Reconstruction, Alexei Kuleba, entered into force on 14 August.
