Emirates has opened a new training center in Dubai. The company invested 135 million US dollars (around 114 million euros) in the facility, which accommodates six simulator spaces on 5900 square meters. The center increases the annual pilot training capacity by 54 percent to 130,000 hours. First, pilots are trained on two Airbus A350 simulators, four more simulators for Boeing 777X aircraft are to follow.
