The judge of the National High Court Antonio Piña issued an order this Friday in which he states that the facts denounced by the Iustitia Europa party in relation to the assault on a convoy and the retention of a Spanish blue case by Israeli forces in southern Lebanon "present characteristics that make the possible existence of a criminal offence presumed" and initiates proceedings.
