Prague - The Ministry of Finance will publish the state's financial results as of the end of September today. At the end of August, the state budget was in deficit by 186.1 billion crowns. Last year, the state had a deficit of 153.8 billion crowns in the three quarters, which was the best result since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, but also the sixth deepest August deficit since the founding of the Czech Republic.
