Migros would consider a fundamental overhaul of its structures. According to the NZZ am Sonntag, the aim would be to reduce its regional cooperatives from 10 to 3, or even to merge them into a single entity. The decision of this restructuring scenario, favoured by CEO Mario Irminger, would be imminent.
