- With seat-sharing locked in, party leaders noted both the Bharatiya Janata Party and Janata Dal ) received 101 seats each, while the Lok Janshakti Party secured 29 seats.
- Mr. Paswan declared the NDA would achieve `a historic victory` and criticised the INDIA bloc for alleged infighting among RJD, Congress and the Left.
- Paswan said the LJP will contest only where it has strong presence, while Amit Shah's campaign activity showed central leadership camping in Bihar since Thursday.
- On the opposition side, Shiv Sena MP Priyanka Chaturvedi urged declaring Tejashwi Yadav the Mahagathbandhan's chief ministerial candidate amid unclear RJD, Congress, and Left contests.
