The delegate of Urbanism, Environment and Mobility, Borja Carabante, said this Tuesday that the legal services of the City of Madrid are studying a possible appeal of cassation against the sentence that has annulled the works for the construction of two car parks and a tunnel in the surroundings of the Santiago Bernabéu and said that the part of it that refers to the public interest of the work is “subsistible”.
