The Madrid Court of Appeals has confirmed the judicial victory of journalist Federico Jiménez Losantos in the complaint he filed against him, for the comments that the speaker made on the Delcygate case in his porgram ‘It’s the Mother of Federico’. As Digital Freedom moves forward, this way the defence of Jiménez Losantos is justified, confirming his dismissal and thus underestimating the appeal filed by the Transports Supplier.
