A new round of negotiations on the payroll law is due to take place on Thursday at the Cotroceni Palace, the official sources for News.ro. PSD President Sorin Grindeanu announced on Monday that the bill did not arrive in Parliament, under the conditions that the deadline for its adoption is the end of August, being the milestone in the PNRR.
Technical negotiations on the new law of unitary pay have entered the straight line, with successive rounds of scheduled discussions on several fronts. If a political agreement on fundamental principles is reached, the draft will be made public before final drafting and formal tabling in Parliament, a step needed to convene the extraordinary session.
