The (Russian) attack on Ukraine and the (Israeli) attack on Iran: in both cases, security needs were claimed as a reason. However, some of them are not valid (the rest of the world sees things differently). Even the otherwise NATO-friendly Bundeswehr professor Masala had to admit to Mashberger on Monday evening that the Israeli attack was clearly a breach of international law.
