The BIST 100 index started the day down 1.32 percent at 12,948.83 points. As of 10.45 a.m., the index rose 1.9 percent to 13,370 points

Following the sharp losses in the BIST 100 and the fund crisis, the Financial Stability Committee held an emergency meeting. With the statement that "there are no structural risks," the Central Bank of Turkey's liquidity measures, and the Capital Markets Board's sanctions, the stock market opened higher. The index rose by more than 2% to 13,398 points, while banking stocks increased by 6%.

On the Istanbul Stock Exchange, the BIST 100 index rose 2.2 percent to 13,415 points, led by banking stocks.
