On Thursday, the Iraqi Ministry of the Interior announced the implementation of a proactive security operation under international coordination with Iran, which was able to seize 64 kg of narcotic substances and arrest the alleged offender in the city of Abadan by means of a specialized detachment from the General Directorate of Iraqi Drugs and in cooperation with the Iranian Anti-Narcotics Department.
