The 81-year-old man was fatally struck at the end of the evening Wednesday, April 22, in Sartrouville as he was travelling on foot. A team of the anti-criminality brigade was in intervention for a refusal to comply.
A crew from the BAC d'Argenteuil sought to stop a motorist refusing to comply, reported shortly before by the municipal police of Cormeilles-en-Parisis, when the accident occurred, according to the first elements of the police-sourced investigation.
