Koh-I-Noor opened in 1964 in Gibson Street, Kelvinbridge. It was Glasgow's oldest Indian restaurant and a favourite of locals and celebrities. Billy Connolly, Lulu and Alan Cumming were regular diners at the restaurant. The restaurant moved to Charing Cross in the 1980s and closed in 2019.
