The Ganem Case: Winners and Losers

On Sunday, September 13, in Torreón, the FGR arrested José Elías Ganem, former secretary of the City Council, along with his wife, Martha Rodríguez, former president of the Municipal Justice Center, and José Feliciano Hernández, driver and escort of the former official. Georgina Ramírez and Farid Ali Ibarra were later apprehended.
