The former Wilko in Sutton High Street is set to become a mini-Lidl supermarket.
The council, which owns the site, has agreed a 20-year lease with bosses. The store will be fitted out for smaller "one basket" shopping which we’re told is a very different concept to their existing stores. The exact date for its opening is still subject to Lidl’s licensing application being agreed by the Council.
