European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Friday she had suggested to incoming US President Donald Trump that the United States could supply the bloc with more liquefied natural gas (LNG) instead of Russian.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has indicated that the EU could replace Russian liquefied natural gas (LNG) with American gas. In trade relations with the US, there is a need to discuss common interests, including LNG, she said.
