The draft EU legislative act, which provides for Ukraine's inclusion in the European Defence Fund, will be put to a vote by the European Parliament by the end of 2025.
The European Parliament and the EU Council have provisionally agreed to grant Ukraine access to the EU defence fund, and organizations are also planning to channel funds from civil funds to defence projects.
