The European Parliament adopted a resolution yesterday condemning Russia's efforts to destabilise the Republic of Moldova, before the parliamentary elections of 28 September. In the document adopted by 490 votes "for", 65 "against" states that the parliamentary elections in the autumn of the current year are a crucial time for the consolidation of democracy and the continuation of the European integration process.
