Kaja Kallas, the EU’s top diplomat, expressed "frustration" over the slow pace of the bloc's defense industry production, drawing a stark contrast with Ukraine's growth.
The Head of Diplomacy of the European Union hoped that Europe's defence industry would grow more in recent months, anticipating that the increase in production would not be so limited.
