The Eighth of San Fermín on Its Way to San Saturnino Street, 1977

In 1977 the feasts of San Fermín ended with a bittersweet taste, since the clear aperturistic atmosphere was mixed with an obvious political crisis. In the simple sanferminero, the most prominent news had been the tragic Montanera of the 8th, in the alley of the square, which ended with the death of José Joaquín Esparza Sarasibar, only 17 years old.
