The European operator of the Temu online marketplace will refund at least 882 million forints to Hungarian customers and pay a fine of 437 million forints to the budget as a result of the Hungarian Competition Authority's (GVH) proceedings, the competition authority announced in a statement sent to MTI on Tuesday.
