Moscow Warns Yerevan to Pay CSTO Membership Fees

YEREVAN (Azatutyun.am)—Armenia could face consequences if it fails to pay its membership fees owed to the Russian-led Collective Security Treaty Organization, a senior Russian diplomat warned on Friday.
