In early April, the General Secretariat of Interpol rejected the request of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for an international warrant for Dodik and Stevandić, referring to Article 3 of the Interpol Statute, which refers to "political persecution".
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has requested a review of the decision to reject the issuance of an Interpol red notice for the President of the Republika Srpska entity, Milorad Dodik, and the President of the RS National Assembly, Nenad Stevandic, it was confirmed to the Sarajevo-based Avaz portal on Tuesday by the judicial institution.
