The Court has partially accepted Călin Georgescu's application for judicial control.

The Court of Justice of Sector 1 admitted partial, monthly, Cálin Georgescu's application for judicial control and reduced the time limit from 60 days to 45 days, leaving part of the ban. The judgment is final.

The Judges of the Capital Sector 1 decided on Monday, 5 May, to reduce the period of judicial control in the case of the former candidate to the presidentials last year Călin Georgescu.

The Court of Justice of Sector 1 decided to reduce the period of extension of judicial control in the case of Călin Georgescu from 60 to 45 days.

The judge concerned then decided to repeat the statement after the first round of the presidential elections is closed.
