Nowacka Loses Before the Constitutional Tribunal. Prestigious Defeat

The Constitutional Tribunal has ruled on religious education. Earlier, Law and Justice MPs appealed against the new regulations proposed by the Ministry of National Education.

The Constitutional Tribunal ruled that the provision of the regulation of the Ministry of National Education assuming that the grade in religion should not be taken into account in calculating the grade point average is inconsistent with the constitution. The argument indicated that the provision was introduced without agreements with the Church and religious associations.
