“There is no place in the Polish legal system for a party that glorifys communist criminals and regimes responsible for the deaths of millions of human beings, including our compatriots,” the Constitutional Court judge, Krystyna Pawlowicz, said in her ruling.
The Party has existed in the country for more than 20 years.
