Join us this Tuesday evening as we gather together for a special Mass offered for the upcoming Conclave. The Mass, celebrated by Vicar General Canon Michael Cooke, will begin at 7pm at the cathedral’s temporary church. All are welcome as we pray for the future of our Church. From May 7, the Catholic Church began one of the most important processes, the conclave to choose the new pontiff.
It was the longest election ever known. Cardinals will have to name Pope Francis’ successor in a few days.
Cum-clave (closed): both to designate a place and a circumstance! The Sistine Chapel closes on history for the 267th time from 7 May 2025. All eyes will be turned towards the Vatican, where the cardinal-electors will begin the conclave to elect the 267th Supreme Pontiff of the Catholic Church.
