The Competition Council has won the proceedings brought by two banks involved in the investigation into the establishment of the ROBOR index, which requested the courts (the Court of Sector 1 and the Court of Appeal Bucharest) to suspend procedures legally conducted by the competition authority, in order to block the completion of the case, according to a press release.
