The Bank of the Territories will withdraw from the Société des Ports du Détroit (SPD) which brings together the ports of Boulogne-sur-Mer and Calais. The public institution does not, however, take completely the offshore, since it will retain its share in the capital of the Société d'Exploitation des Ports du Détroit (SEPD).
