The individual accused of a hate crime for encouraging people “of the left or socialist” to be killed with firearms in Baena accepted the facts this Wednesday during the oral hearing held by the second section of the Provincial Court of Córdoba. Finally, he was sentenced to one and a half years in prison, and to a fine of 1,800 euros, among other sentences.
