I am an old guy resident of Campbellford. I was travelling on the 401 bypassing Napanee. I had a flat tire at speed and managed to get off the Highway at Palace Road and parked in front of Wild Wing . Trunk full, but not with enough tools. I was physically unable to complete the task.
