The specialized prosecutor's office requested today that Hashim Thaci be found guilty and sentenced to six years in prison in a separate proceeding for criminal offenses against the judiciary. Baški Smakaj, Isnij Kiljaj and Fadilj Fazliju were asked to be sentenced to three years in prison each, and nine months to Hajredin Kuči. Thaci's defense, on the other hand, is seeking an acquittal on all counts of the indictment.
