Liz Hocker, the regional head of capital markets who launched NYSE Texas last year, has been appointed global head of listings at upstart competitor Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE). Greg Ferrari, former head of North American exchange trading at Nasdaq, has joined TXSE as chief operating officer. TXSE is expected to launch later this year.
