The City of Terrace is getting a $5.256 million federal grant to increase the quantity of water being pumped from its Frank Street well system. Scheduled for construction next year, the plan is to replace Wells No. 2 and No. 3 at the existing pump station, redevelop Well No. 1 and install a larger pump at Well No. 1.
