Terra Balcanica Acquires 100% of Viogor Project in Bosnia and Announces Extension to Private Placement Financing
The deal gives Terra full control of the Viogor project and extends a financing that targets up to C$750,000 for exploration and working capital.
Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. acquired the remaining 10% equity interest in its Bosnian subsidiary, Drina resources doo Srebrenica, securing full ownership of the Viogor polymetallic exploration project in eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Republic of Srpska Ministry of Energy and Mines issued the exploration permit on May 20, 2026, valid for 3 years with provisions for extensions allowing up to 7 years of mineral exploration tenure.
Terra announced an extension of its non-brokered private placement, initially disclosed on June 24, 2026, for gross proceeds of up to C$750,000, with the closing date extended to on or before October 8, 2026.
Investors can purchase up to 15,000,000 units at C$0.05 per unit, each including a common share and a warrant exercisable at C$0.10 for 24 months; proceeds fund a geophysical survey and Phase IV drilling at Cumavici.
The company holds a 39.5% stake in Terra North Resources Corp. and uranium-prospective claims surrounding the Athabasca basin, with operations led by President and CEO Aleksandar Miakovic.
