Security companies secured ten vehicles, nine of them with hand armor, after an inspection carried out in three properties enabled as improvised mechanical workshops in the Miguel Hidalgo colony, in the city of Culiacán. The intervention was carried out after state and federal authorities obtained a court order to enter the properties, which operated clandestinely as centers for rudimentary reinforcement of cars.
