Russian authorities on Friday almost completely blocked the Telegram messaging platform. The level of anomalies indicating that Telegram was blocked reached 100% during the last working day, the Agentstvo server reported. According to the portal, Russian authorities are now blocking Telegram even more strictly than Western messaging apps WhatsApp or Signal.
The level of anomalies when entering Telegram on Friday morning reached 95%.
