An Orange, Massachusetts, teenager was killed in a shooting that investigators have determined was a homicide in Keene, according to New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella’s office on Wednesday. Early Wednesday morning, Keene police received a 911 call about a person who was shot in a parking lot of Winchester Street, Formella’s office said in a statement.
