- Titanium-Iron tailings are extensively generated during mineral resource development and typically characterized by low grade and complex composition. Traditional smelting methods face high energy consumption and environmental pressure, creating demand for sustainable recovery solutions.
- Niutech's system uses waste plastics as reducing agents, completing reactions below 700°C while achieving a waste heat utilization rate exceeding 93%. The process reduces comprehensive energy consumption by over 36% and lowers carbon emissions by approximately 40% compared to traditional methods.
- A 300,000-ton demonstration project for producing high-grade titanium-rich materials is currently under construction in Linyi, Shandong Province. The facility integrates waste treatment and tailings enrichment, combining economic viability with environmental performance.
- Upon completion, the facility will become Asia's leading demonstration project for green mineral resource recovery, aligning with corporate ESG goals to position the industry toward lower energy consumption and fuller resource utilization.
