Three years after the last edition, the cultural and festive parade wants to celebrate on Saturday 19 September electronic music and mobilize against the increased repression of free parties, a few weeks after the promulgation of the Ripost law.
One edition is all the more expected since the previous one had been cancelled for financial difficulties, after the one of 2024 that had not taken place because of the Paris Games.
After two years of absence, some 300,000 participants are expected Saturday in the capital for the parade planned between the Place de la Bastille and the Place de la Nation.
Detroit is increasingly interested in this part of its cultural heritage, with the hope that it will attract tourists. The American city is the guest of the Techno Parade Paris, this Saturday, where several pioneer artists will parade.
