TBI investigating family shooting in Mount Carmel - SuperTalk 92.9
Just a few details were released by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation into a Mount Carmel shooting involving two family members on March 1. Joshua Britton Fann, 36, was found wounded when Hawkins County and Mount Carmel police arrived at the scene in the 600 block of Independence Avenue. Fann later died at an area hospital.
