- On Wednesday, October 28, country singer Tim McGraw clarified he did not perform at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's July 3 wedding at Madison Square Garden. He and his wife, Faith Hill, attended as guests among roughly 1,000 celebrities.
- The July 3 ceremony at Madison Square Garden hosted 1,000 guests with confirmed performers including Paul McCartney and Avril Lavigne. Rumors had circulated that McGraw took the stage, prompting his clarification.
- During his Esquire podcast appearance, McGraw, 59, called Swift a "special person" and "genius songwriter." He said he "couldn't be more proud of" her success spanning generations.
- Despite hosting 1,000 guests at the massive venue, an insider revealed Swift and Kelce maintained an "intimate" atmosphere by enforcing strict security, including prohibiting electronic devices. This protected their private celebration from unauthorized disclosure.
- Recent reports from the Daily Mail detailed the "enchanted garden-inspired" decor and seating arrangements at the venue. Swift was reportedly unhappy about these disclosures since guests and workers had signed nondisclosure agreements.
