Taunton man killed at recycling yard remembered as ultimate family man

A 49-year-old man who died after being crushed while working at a scrap recycling yard in Westport earlier this month was remembered in his obituary as a great husband and father.Mark Evan Peters, of Taunton, died on Oct. 10 after an incident at the recycling yard that left him with a crushing injury to his lower extremities, according to the Bristol County District Attorney’s office.
