In the face of the lack of implementation of the measures requested by the judicial agents responsible for the liquidation of the company, the Prefect des Bouches-du-Rhône, Jacques Witkowski, has just referred the matter to the administrative court. The representative of the State asks the judge to issue a penalty payment of 50,000 euros per day of delay, until the emergency measures prescribed to secure the site have been carried out.
